While residing in Switzerland in the mid-nineties, Wade Metzer worked extensively in the Zurich gastronomy-scene as both chef and food & beverage manager before embarking on a career in wine production.
Educated in South Africa and Switzerland, in agriculture and wine-microbiology respectively, Wade has traveled extensively within Europe to gather old-world knowledge and experience.
